Katara Retreat

As part of the bigger Ritz development, aLL Design was approached to propose a 'one of it's kind' island retreat. Our response to this was curated around a carefully orchestrated sequence of fantastic experiences, creating a memorable impression of the secluded retreat. A hovering ring and super bridge hold the epic hospitality structure on the island connecting the isolated living units to the public spaces at the beach. These living units are embedded in an eroded landscaped designed to incorporate a common 'cave pool' underneath.
