The Marine Retail development forms the centre of a new urban quarter; it will be the anchor to the development of neighboring plots. A plaza has been woven into the scheme, providing an expanse of landscaped communal space with direct access to surrounding amenities.

The aim is to make a positive contribution to the transformation of the area into a lively urban quarter and a place steeped in Qatari Culture.

We have recreated the concept of the ‘Souk’ at a modest scale. Efficient internal circulation via the ‘Sika’ and compact unit arrangements provide a well-organized internal layout reflected in the dynamic building massing.
